We work with a number of logistics companies to ensure fast and safe delivery of goods worldwide. The exact delivery time depends on the destination and mode of transport (air, sea, etc.). Generally, the delivery time of standard orders is 4-6 weeks after the order is placed, and the exact time will be notified after the order is confirmed.
Samples are reserved for each batch of products. The defective products will be sent to a third-party professional organization for testing and issuing a test report. After confirming that the products have problems, they will be reworked/returned for free.
